Transaction Fees
Please be aware that a processing fee of 4.25% + 20p is applied to each transaction. This covers secure online payment processing. If any changes occur to this fee structure, we will update this information accordingly.
Sibling Discount Policy
We offer a sibling discount, but it is only applied under specific conditions:
- The discount applies only when both children are paying the full-season fee.
- The discount does not apply if:
- Either child is in U5/U6, as these age groups are not match-eligible and have a different fee structure.
- Both children are on training-only (half-price) plans.
- One child is paying full price and the other is training-only.
Important: The sibling discount is automatically applied after the first full-price registration. It is linked to the parent or guardian’s email address, so please ensure the same person registers all siblings.
Registration Process
- You will receive a unique TeamFeePay link from your child’s coach.
- Click the link to create a TeamFeePay account and begin registration.
- Complete all required fields, including emergency contacts and medical information.
- Select your preferred payment plan.
Payment Plan Options
For Full-Season Players:
- 3 x School Term Payments – £60 per term
- 9 x Monthly Payments – £20 per month
- One Annual Payment – Full fee upfront (adjusted for mid-season joiners)
For U5/U6 Players:
- A sign-up fee (to help cover the cost of a training kit)
- Followed by 9 monthly payments of £10
- Standard transaction fees apply
