At Norristhorpe Junior Football Club, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and integrity in everything we do. Vigilance is at the core of our efforts to ensure that our club strictly follows the guidelines and best practices in grassroots football.
We have fully adopted The Football Association’s (The FA) Respect Codes of Conduct and Social Media Policy, reinforcing our dedication to creating a positive and safe environment for all members. Additionally, we adhere to the rules and regulations of every league, cup, and gala competition in which our teams participate.
Beyond meeting FA and league requirements, Norristhorpe Juniors has established its own policies and behavioral standards. These standards are discussed during club meetings, and the outcomes are communicated to our coaches and administrators to ensure that parents are well-informed.
We expect all coaches, parent helpers, and administrators to act in a manner that reflects the ethos and values of our club, fostering a positive environment for everyone involved.
